This Privacy Policy describes how Intentional Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application, TodoApp (the “Service”).

We do not collect any personal data.

The Service operates entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or share any personal information, task data, usage analytics, or session data to external servers.

2. Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored locally on your device:

• Task Data: Your tasks, task lists, and completion status.
• Preferences: App settings such as notification sound preferences, theme preferences, and clipboard settings.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use the app.

This data is never transmitted off your device. Depending on your platform, local device backups (such as Google Drive device backups) may include app data unless you disable them.

3. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Post Notifications: Used to schedule local reminder notifications for your due tasks. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and no notification content or data is transmitted to external servers.
• Exact Alarm / Boot Completed: Used to ensure task reminders and day summaries persist across device restarts.
• Vibration: Used to provide haptic feedback when completing tasks.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services that collect data.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally and no accounts are required, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection.

6. Data Deletion

All your data is stored in a local database on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. Reinstalling will start fresh with no prior data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date above. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
